02- Setup Azure Active Directory applications

  • Login dynamics 365 by admin user
    • Prefer to login by HCMADMIN user
    • Be sure user has system administrator role
  1. Select System Administration
  2. Select setup
  3. Select Azure Microsoft Entra ID applications
  1. Click new
  2. Define application ID in client ID
  3. Define the name ( ESS Application )
    1. Name should be ESS Application to activate the shared application user
  4. Define the shared mobile application for all users
    1. For example ESSAPP@Domaincompanyname.com
