• Login dynamics 365 by admin user
  • Prefer to login by HCMADMIN user
• Select Self services
• Select Setup
• Select Application parameters

Choose the General tab and follow the below steps

1. Define Default domain user
   • Default domain user should be same user defined in Microsoft Entra ID applications referee to Topic no 2
   • ESSAPP@Domaincompanyname.com
2. Define User id type
   • Personnel number (Best practice to select)
   • Manual (Note : Every time you should define the user id manually in Self services application users )
3. Password type
   • Custom ( You can define from 1 to 6 )
   • Primary identification
     • Note in case primary identification is not defined in employee identification form , He will not be able to login
4. Default password
   • For example from 1 to 6 and user can change it later from change password in app setting or forget password.
